With a degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in marketing, computer science, and AI-driven design, additional professional education through Stanford programs, and 4 years of experience in interior design, branding, and visual presentation, I bring a unique perspective to every client relationship. My design background allows me to see properties through a buyer's eyes—understanding how layout, finishes, lighting, and aesthetics influence perception and value.

I understand what makes a home stand out, how buyers make decisions, and how strategic marketing can create demand. Whether helping a buyer envision a property's full potential or positioning a seller's home to attract maximum interest, I combine data-driven strategy, high-level marketing, and design expertise to deliver exceptional results.
